Advancing Dementia Care: Digital Innovation Recommendations for HSE and the Irish Government

As part of a live consulting project with BearingPoint, we collaborated to advance dementia care in Ireland through strategic digital innovation. Our team developed actionable recommendations for the Health Service Executive (HSE) and the Irish Government in support of the Digital for Care 2030 vision. I led survey research, conducted a needs assessment, and created a stakeholder map to identify barriers to adoption. We proposed a hybrid integration model for the HSE mobile app and recommended Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model to guide implementation and stakeholder engagement. This experience strengthened my skills in healthcare consulting, digital transformation strategy, and policy-driven innovation.

Dermal Filler Market Analysis – Academic Research

As part of my Master’s in Hospital & Healthcare Management, I conducted an in-depth research project on the dermal filler market. The project included market segmentation, risk assessment, competitive profiling, and application of PESTLE and SWOT frameworks. The analysis offered strategic insights into growth drivers, regulatory hurdles, and consumer behavior, contributing to my understanding of healthcare marketing and innovation in elective procedures.

Strategic Growth Analysis and Expansion Plan – Kingspan

As part of an intensive strategic analysis project, our team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of Kingspan’s internal performance and external market environment. I focused on assessing competitive positioning, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and evaluating market entry fits aligned with Kingspan’s global ambitions. We proposed evidence-based growth strategies that balanced financial potential with social and environmental impact, aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This project sharpened my skills in strategic evaluation, global expansion planning, and sustainable business decision-making.

​Organizational Roadmap for Expansion – Lynott Jewellery

In this strategic growth project, our team partnered with Lynott Jewellery to develop an organisational roadmap supporting their expansion into new retail markets. My contributions included designing clear role structures, separating head office and retail division responsibilities, and defining KPIs across teams. We created a scalable operational model to support planned store openings in Cork, Limerick, and beyond. This experience strengthened my abilities in organisational design, project planning, and operational scalability for growing businesses.
