Hi, I’m Asmita, someone who’s always been drawn to the “why” behind systems, especially in healthcare. After years of observing the gaps in how care is delivered and managed, I decided to step beyond the science and into strategy. Now, as a Management Consulting student at UCD Smurfit, I’m on a mission to bridge the two.

From managing hospital operations in India to consulting on national healthcare transformation projects in Ireland, I’ve seen how small process changes can create big ripple effects. I love working where empathy meets efficiency, asking the right questions, solving the right problems, and making a difference that feels personal and practical.
